Michael E. Morris provides clients throughout Central Florida with skilled and experienced representation in the areas of adoption, LGBT law, surrogacy, bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, immigration, criminal defense, and DUI defense with fifty percent of his practice devoted to litigation. He is a former attorney for the Florida Department of Children & Families. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Family Law Section Legislation Committee, the current secretary of the Central Florida Gay and Lesbian Law Association, and a director of Florida Association of LGBT Lawyers & Allies, Inc. He is admitted to practice before all Florida and New York state courts, the United States District Court, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.
